Event décor requests

Basic, Standard, Premium and Custom package selections are requests for a personalized quote. A form submission is not an accepted booking, contract or payment. Final scope, quantities, venue requirements, availability, price and payment arrangements are confirmed directly with Karami.

Product purchases

Shop products are offered for outright ownership, not rental. A purchasable product must have a confirmed specification and price. Design samples and items requiring manual pricing use a product quote request before purchase.

Personalized designs

Provide accurate dimensions, wording, colours and design preferences. The approved quote or order determines the final specification. If a change affects price or availability, discuss it with Karami before proceeding.

Booking, cancellation and rescheduling

Ask for the applicable booking, deposit, cancellation and rescheduling terms with your quote. These arrangements require confirmation before approval; no automatic deposit is collected by the request form.
