We use this information to review your request, discuss suitable décor or products and prepare your personalized quote. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking. Notifications alert the team to a stored request; they do not publicly publish your details or images.

Private inspiration files

Request images are stored in restricted website storage and are available to authorized administrators. Published gallery images are separate from private customer uploads. Please submit only images you have permission to share, and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.

Shopping and cookies

The shop uses WooCommerce cookies to maintain your cart and account session. When you place an order, billing, delivery and order details are processed to fulfill it. Payment processing depends on the gateway selected at checkout. Review that provider’s information before paying.
